The Old Time Radio Researchers Library -- at http://otrrlibrary.org -- recently posted three episodes of the 1940 series "Campbell's Short Short Story" for which Wyllis Cooper contributed scripts. At least two of the three episodes appear to be written by Cooper. I haven't made up my mind about "For Sentimental Reasons," but "Shake Hands with Your Grandson" and "The Wrong Way to Right" definitely sound like his work.
For QP fans, the one to hear is "Shake Hands with Your Grandson," a romantic comedy/time travel fantasy involving a young couple who put their dog on a time machine platform and send it into the future. You might be reminded of the caterpillar in QP's "Northern Lights." Fortunately, things turn out more happily.
