Listened to this one for the first time today and really had fun as Chappell and his buddy Herbie in their younger days discussed the existence of a pet fly that grew so big it needed to eat people!
At one point, when Chappell started talking about flies, it sort of reminded me of "We Were Here First," except he wasn't one of the flies, he was just talking about what made them a lot more strong than most people give them credit for. I also got a whiff of "The Thing on the Fourble Board," when Chappell started getting hungry! He didn't, however, ask for a pork chop sandwich.
Anybody familiar with this little gem? I couldn't believe it when I looked all over the site and saw no references to it other than a brief synopsis on the episode list.

I'm betting the episode was inspired by an unpleasant picnic.

If it was... lol... I'm glad the flies had nothing better to do that day... lol... I thought it was a fairly entertaining half hour or so.
